SOAR had already launched with a few clients but lacked a broad outreach and had some UX difficulties. Initially, we were approached with a small task: creating a simple, effective onboarding process for users. This marked the beginning of a long collaboration.
While working on the onboarding, we noticed the website’s UI was lacking in several areas. After completing the onboarding, we quickly moved to redesign the website with new icons, interactions, and an overall improved user experience.
